The owners of the 3 Sienna stores in Antwerp had already a clear idea how they wanted the store in Gent but needed sparring partners with a feeling for design and knowledge in retail. 

They run 3 succesfull women’s boutiques in Antwerp, plus a webshop but this was their first boutique in Gent. Great location and gorgeous facade but lots of work to be done inside. The concept of the stores in Antwerp continued in Gent in terms of fixtures, the rest of the store has a different look & feel. 

We applied a special technique on the walls to create a beton ciré look which gives the store a warm & soft feeling. The cash desk is in a hand-painted cararra marblelook. And we applied our gold plated wall in a special technique. This wall is  is a consistency in all their stores. 

As this was their first store in Gent, we needed to ensure the first impression –as they last forever-  was impaccable. It worked; the day of opening was a great success and sales went over the roof. 

For opening, we did the visual merchandising which emphasized the concept and created an attractive store to have an amazing shopping experience.
