For Nike, we managed the monthly visits of our freelance visual merchandising team in Footlocker doors with a Nike House of Hoops SIS in Europe. (Footlocker non-key cities doors at Germany, Austria, The Netherlands, Belgium and Greece).
The VM team had to install the seasonal basketball campaigns at Footlocker. As an agency we made sure all communication around the campaigns received from Nike, was communicated to the team and that they were well equipped and ready to install the campaigns. We worked with feedback reports to ensure the high Nike standards were executed.
A part of working as an agency, is raising the visual merchandising level of the team. In order to achieve this goal, we trained the team hands on during campaign installations in the stores. This way we could ensure premium level product presentation at all times.
